The Commandant of the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Rear Admiral Maxwell Arhen, presented a new batch of desktop computers to training schools under his command on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
The presentation took place during a brief ceremony at the Commandant’s Office forecourt at Whistler Barracks in Teshie. A total of ten computers were handed over as part of an ongoing effort to enhance administrative efficiency and improve training resources across the institutions.
This donation directly aligns with Rear Admiral Arhen’s vision to equip each of the ten military training schools within the command with five desktop computers.
The recipient institutions include the Ghana Armed Forces Catering School, Physical Training School, Clerk Training School, Engineer Training School, and the School of Ordnance. Other beneficiaries are the Ghana Armed Forces Music Training School, Signals Training School, Armed Forces Mechanical and Transport Training School, and the Electrical and Mechanical Technical Training School.
