The Member of Parliament for Ho West, Hon. Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah, is set to launch a much-anticipated five-day free medical outreach in collaboration with Ghana Medical Relief from the USA and Canada. The programme, described as a golden opportunity for residents to check their health, will run from Monday 27th July to Friday 31st July 2026.
Services on offer include screening and treatment for high blood pressure, diabetes, eye problems, dental issues, urological and gynecological concerns, as well as children’s health needs. Participants will also benefit from general medical consultations, medical screening, wound care, and free NHIS registration.
The outreach will take place at two health centres in the constituency. From Monday 27th to Wednesday 29th July, services will be available at Awudome Tsito Health Centre near Tsito Senior High Technical School. On Thursday 30th and Friday 31st July, the team will move to Dzolo-Gbogame Health Centre.
Residents of Ho West and surrounding communities are encouraged to take advantage of this free initiative to prioritise their health. With just one day remaining before the start, organisers are calling on the public to come out in numbers and make the most of the medical support being provided.
