Hogbetsotso Za 2026: Message of Peace and Safe Travel
My dear people of Anlo,Togbuiwo, Mamawo, my brothers and sisters, and all our cherished Guests and Delegates travelling home for Hogbetsotso Za,
Miawoe zor!
As we gather once again to celebrate Hogbetsotso Za — our festival of migration, of unity, and of remembrance of our journey from Notsie — I wish to extend my warmest greetings to each and every one of you.
Hogbetsotso is not just a festival. It is our story. It is the story of our forefathers who walked in faith, who stood together, and who built the Anlo State with courage and wisdom. As we celebrate this year Hogbetsotso, let us remember the spirit of togetherness and carry it into our various homes, our families, and our communities.
To all delegates, Sons and Daughters of Anlo, Friends and Visitors travelling from Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, abroad, and from all corners of Ghana to Anloga and all Anlo towns and Villages
I wish you a safe journey to and from Anloga.
May the good Lord protect .
May you arrive safely, celebrate in peace, and return home safely.
I also call on all of us to celebrate in peace, in love, and in unity. Let us respect one another, respect our chiefs and elders, and let us keep Anlo clean, safe, and welcoming for all our guests.
To our Togbiwo and Mamawo, thank you for keeping the light of Anlo burning.
To our youths, you are the future of this great land. Let us celebrate with discipline and pride.
On behalf of the entire Anlo Constituency, I
Welcome you home. Have a blessed and peaceful Hogbetsotso Za.
MAWU NE YRA MI!
AZAE LOO,AZA SEEE!!!
Hon. Richard Kwami Sefe,
Member of Parliament, Anlo Constituency
