Anlo MP Pledges GH¢2,000 Seed Support to Top-Performing BECE Graduates

In a significant move to encourage academic excellence and lessen the financial burden on families, the Member of Parliament for the Anlo Constituency, Hon. Richard Kwame Sefe, has announced a new educational support initiative for high-achieving basic school graduates. Under this scheme, the best-performing Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates who attain aggregate scores between 18 and 25 will receive a seed fund of GH¢2,000.00 each. The support is designed to provide immediate relief as students transition to senior high schools and technical institutes, ensuring that financial constraints do not derail their academic momentum.
