The Ho Technical University Students’ Representative Council Army Cadet Corps has once again proven its excellence by retaining the championship title at the just-ended Tertiary Cadet Corps Congress held in Cape Coast.

Competing against other tertiary institutions from across the country, the HTU contingent demonstrated outstanding discipline, tactical proficiency, drill precision, and unwavering team spirit throughout the congress. Their passion and commitment were clearly displayed through the flawless execution of drills, including the symbolic breaking of rifles during the parade, which captivated the audience and earned commendations from judges and spectators alike. This remarkable performance reaffirmed HTU’s reputation for producing cadets who embody leadership, patriotism, and resilience.

This back-to-back victory is a testament to the dedication of the cadets, the commitment of their trainers, and the continuous support of the 32nd SRC Administration and the University Management.

In a statement, the SRC G. Sec. said:
“We congratulate our Army Cadet Corps for defending the title and flying the HTU flag high at the national stage. Your discipline, sacrifice, and hard work have brought pride to the entire student body. You are a true reflection of the HTU spirit of excellence.”

The SRC extends its appreciation to the University Management, the Office of the Dean of Students, trainers, parents, and all stakeholders whose support made this achievement possible.

The HTU community celebrates this remarkable feat and encourages the Cadet Corps to keep raising the standard for tertiary cadet training in Ghana.
