Volta Regional Minister Receives Family of Late Chance Hotel Founder Emmanuel Chance

Members of the bereaved family of the late Mr. Emmanuel Chance, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chances Hotel, paid a courtesy call on the Volta Regional Minister, Hon. James Gunu, at the Residency Conference Room.

​Led by the District Chief Executive for Adaklu, Hon. Jerry Yaw Ameko, the delegation visited to formally notify the Regional Minister of Mr. Chance’s passing and present the details for his upcoming funeral. The final rites are scheduled to take place from October 15 to 17, 2026, with events hosted at his private residence and the Youth Resource Centre in Adaklu.

​Hon. James Gunu extended his sincere condolences to the family, paying tribute to the late entrepreneur as a notable figure in the Volta Region. He emphasized that Mr. Chance’s extensive contributions to the local hospitality and tourism industries played a vital role in advancing regional development.
