Sergeant Major of Ghana Army Inspects Operations at Armour Training School

The Sergeant Major of the Army, Master Warrant Officer (MWO) Dogbatse Godson, conducted a working visit to the Armour Training School (ATS) at Liberation Barracks in Sunyani on Friday, 4 September 2026.

​Upon his arrival, MWO Dogbatse received a comprehensive briefing on the institution's training activities, logistical state, and administrative operations from the Acting Regimental Sergeant Major of ATS, Senior Warrant Officer Class II Kyei Godwin.

​As part of the tour, MWO Dogbatse held interactive sessions with both the instructing staff and the recruits. He commended the instructors for their dedication and high standards of discipline in delivering quality training, while charging them to remain steadfast in their commitment to military professionalism.

​Addressing the recruits, the Sergeant Major advised them to stay disciplined, engage whole-heartedly in their coursework, and show resilience in overcoming the demands of basic military training.
