“The 1 Million Coders Program is a national initiative aimed at equipping Ghanaians, especially the youth, with digital and coding skills. The goal is to build a strong digital workforce that can compete globally, support innovation, and drive economic growth.
It focuses on areas like programming, web development, data analysis, and digital literacy, while also promoting inclusivity by reaching underserved communities.”
π― 4. How Will You Ensure Success in Your District?

“To ensure success, I will focus on three key areas:
- Effective coordination – working closely with trainers, participants, and stakeholders
- Monitoring and evaluation – tracking attendance, engagement, and performance
- Community engagement – partnering with schools, local leaders, and youth groups
I will also ensure regular feedback and quick problem-solving to keep the program on track.”
π― 5. How Will You Handle Low Attendance?

“If attendance drops, I will first identify the root cause—whether it is timing, accessibility, or lack of motivation.
Then I will:
- Engage participants to understand their challenges
- Adjust schedules if necessary
- Increase awareness through community outreach
- Motivate participants by highlighting success opportunities
My goal will be to make the program accessible, relevant, and engaging.”
