As part of an ongoing nationwide tour, the executive leadership of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) recently convened with regional staff at the Sefwi-Wiawso office in the Western North Region. The interactive session allowed management to evaluate ongoing agency initiatives, listen to staff feedback, and reiterate core operational standards needed for impactful service delivery.
The high-level delegation featured Chief Executive Officer Mr. Malik Basintale, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Operations Mr. Abubakari Abdul Saana Kudus, and the Western North Regional Minister, Hon. Wilbert Petty Brentum.
During his address, Deputy CEO Abubakari Abdul Saana Kudus charged employees to embody strong discipline, strict punctuality, and high professional standards in their daily routines. He noted that worker dedication and accountability are crucial to fulfilling the agency's primary mandate.
This regional visit reflects YEA's broader strategy to enhance organizational alignment, foster direct dialogue with field personnel across Ghana, and continuously adapt its operations to address youth employment demands effectively.
