North Tongu MP and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, conducted an official working visit to the Passport Head Office yesterday to personally commend management and staff on their latest landmark achievement.
The visit comes in the wake of a recent Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) report, which ranked the Passport Head Office as the nation’s most transformed and least corrupt public institution. Hon. Ablakwa highlighted that the visit was meant to express deep gratitude to the workforce for maintaining high ethical standards, operational excellence, and dedication to public service.
To reward their exceptional performance, Hon. Ablakwa announced that all passport administration staff will be awarded a special monetary bonus next week in recognition of the findings established by the GSS survey.
Reaffirming the Ministry's commitment to public sector accountability, the Minister noted on his official Facebook page that leadership will maintain its trajectory of aggressive reforms centered on integrity, innovation, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
