The Allied Health Directorate at Ho Teaching Hospital (HTH) recently held its Mid-Year Performance Review Meeting to evaluate its achievements, operational challenges, and strategic interventions from the first half of the year, underscoring its commitment to advancing clinical standards and patient care.

Led by Dr. Isaac Wemegah, Director of Allied Health Services, the meeting brought together departmental representatives and staff from across the directorate's various units to measure their output against core goals and pinpoint practical areas for growth.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Wemegah stressed that routine evaluations remain vital for tracking institutional progress, responding to operational hurdles, and continuously raising the standard of allied healthcare services.

During the session, heads of departments and unit delegates delivered detailed performance reports covering key milestones, day-to-day challenges, and corrective actions taken to resolve operational bottlenecks.

The interactive discussions allowed teams to exchange insights, review performance indicators, and map out actionable solutions designed to boost efficiency, strengthen inter-departmental synergy, and refine the overall quality of care offered to patients.
