1 min read

The Administration Directorate at Ho Teaching Hospital recently convened a Mid-Year Review Meeting to evaluate unit performances, highlight key successes, identify operational hurdles, and discuss strategic solutions aimed at refining overall service delivery.

Chaired by the Director of Administration, Alhaji Farouk Adam Iddrisu, the session gathered representatives from across the directorate’s various divisions. Participating departments included Engineering, Mortuary, Reception, Registry, Transport, Customer Care, IT, Estate, Supply, and Procurement.

Department heads and representatives delivered detailed reports covering their activities and progress from the first six months of the year.

The updates focused on major milestones achieved, daily operational obstacles, and targeted actions taken to bridge existing performance gaps.

Ultimately, the meeting served as a valuable collaborative forum, allowing teams to measure their outcomes against established goals, exchange operational insights, and chart effective strategies to strengthen administrative support throughout the hospital.
