Global FM (Global 105.1 FM) an urban radio station based in Ho, Volta Region, Ghana which focuses on news, entertainment, sports, political discussions, community engagement, education, and promoting local culture and development celebrates it's 10th anniversary on 23 July, 2026
The event have graced many stakeholders and prominent individuals from the Volta Region and beyond. The radio station have paced a major milestone, operating for a decade not.
Mr. Egypt Kobla Kudoto, the CEO speaking at the event, stated keenly the struggles, misfortunes, problems and all sorts of lessons a decade with Global FM has shown he and his team. He continued by thanking and appreciating all guests who were there to grace the event.
"A day like this is a moment of mixed feelings...we could all be joyous and happy but unfortunately we lost our mother some time ago"
Kudoto has a background in politics (a former NDC role in the Volta Region) but focuses on media and development through the station.
The station is located at Torgbe Howusu Avenue (Housing Road), Ho, and remains active in regional events.
