The meeting also addressed the chronic issue of inequitable doctor distribution across regions, highlighting the need to implement target incentives such as a specialized deprived area allowance to motivate practitioners to serve in underserved and rural communities. In addition to workforce welfare, the dialogue focused on critical structural enhancements across the medical field, including upgrading healthcare infrastructure and boosting national emergency preparedness systems.
