Aboboyaa Company Limited has presented five Motor King tricycles to the Ghana Prisons Service. The official handover ceremony took place at the Prisons Headquarters on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, marking a notable milestone in public-private partnership aimed at supporting essential state institutions.
Presenting the vehicles, the Chief Executive Officer of Aboboyaa Company Limited, Nana Susubiribi Aboboyaa (I), highlighted the core purpose behind the support. He emphasized that the donation is intended to streamline logistically demanding tasks within prison facilities, while also aiding daily administrative and agricultural operations on the service's extensive farms.
Receiving the items on behalf of the Director-General of Prisons, the Deputy Director-General of Prisons in charge of Operations, Dr. Francis Omane Addo, expressed profound appreciation to the management of Aboboyaa Company Limited. He praised the CEO and his team for their generosity, noting that the tricycles will directly address operational transport needs and enhance productivity across various prison stations.
Dr. Omane Addo further noted that corporate interventions of this nature play a crucial role in complementing government efforts to modernize the prison system.
