Volta Tech & Innovation Summit Returns for Second Edition, Launching August 4 in Ho

Regional innovation platform expands to two-day format, targets 500+ participants."

The Volta Tech & Innovation Summit (VTIS) will formally launch its second edition on August, 04th August 2026, at the VRCC Conference Hall in Ho, opening registration and sponsorship for a two-day summit scheduled for October–November 2026.

VTIS 2026 builds on a maiden edition held in December 2025, which convened approximately 200 participants, including 160 students from four secondary schools across Ho at the Kofi Anyidoho Auditorium, University of Health and Allied Sciences. The inaugural summit generated over 44,000 digital interactions across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

The 2026 edition expands significantly on that foundation. Organised by Confluence, a Systems Thinking and Systems Design organisation based in Accra, the summit will run across two days for the first time, target more than 500 participants, and introduce structured workshops, mentorship clinics, and a startup pitch competition, concluding with a formal VTIS Communique submitted to the Volta Regional Coordinating Council and national stakeholders.

The August 4 launch event will reveal the confirmed summit theme, dates, full programme architecture, and sponsorship packages, alongside remarks from government and institutional representatives. Registration opens the same day.
