The Kpando Constituency, Member of Parliament Hon. Sebastian Deh has successfully completed his "Smile to School" initiative. Over 1,200 newly admitted students entering Senior High Schools (SHS) and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions received essential educational supplies to aid their transition into higher education. The comprehensive care packages included steel trunks, mattresses, school bags, exercise books, and buckets—easing the financial burden on families preparing their children for the upcoming academic year.
The extensive distribution exercise took place over a two-day period from September 16th to 17th, with Hon. Deh and his team personally visiting every zone within the constituency. From Dzoanti to Gbefi Hoeme, the community-focused outreach ensured that vulnerable and deserving freshers across all communities were reached directly. Local leaders, parents, and beneficiaries greeted the delegation with enthusiasm, praising the timely intervention as a crucial intervention for youth empowerment and educational equity in the region.
