Just In: Coach Milovan Rajevac To Be Named Ghana’s Coach

Pieces of information reaching us indicate that former Coach of the Senior National soccer team, Black Stars, Milovan Rajevac, is set to be named as the alternative for CK Akonnor’s exit.
He is best remembered for his impressive work while coaching the Black Stars between 2008-2010.
He guided Ghana to the finals of the 2010 Nations Cup before almost leading the side to a semi-final finish at the World Cup months later.
Milovan is currently unattached and is among the favourites to be considered for the job.
brahim Tanko, who worked as an assistant to Kwesi Appiah between 2017 to 2019 has been earmarked as the man to replace his former teammate.
Milovan’s last job was in Thailand, whose national team he coached in 2019. Since leaving Ghana, he has coached clubs in Saudi Arabia (Al Ahli, 2010-2011) and Slovenia (Rudar, 2016), as well as the national teams of Qatar (2011), and Thailand.
